Rebecca Ramage-Tuttle, Assistant Director
Becky Ramage-Tuttle is the assistant director at the SILC. Along with having a life-long disability, she has been active in the Independent Living Movement for over 25 years – most of those in Georgia. Becky received her Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Administration from DePaul University. She lives in the eclectic town of Decatur with her husband, George and her canines, Annamae and Finn.
Jordan Hall, Mobility Coordinator
Jordan Hall grew up in McDonough, Georgia and has lived with Cerebral Palsy her entire life. She graduated from Georgia State University in the Spring of 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a minor in Non-Profit Leadership. Jordan has, also, worked in advocacy and testified regarding legislation in both the House of Representatives and the Senate. She is currently living in the lively city of Downtown Atlanta.
Ester DuRante, Advocate/Outreach Coordinator
Ester DuRante, an Advocate/Outreach Coordinator at the Statewide Independent Living Council of GA currently resides in Austell, GA. Ester is a former Special Education Educator at Booker T. Washington High School in Atlanta Public School with a BA in Psychology from Jackson State University in Jackson, MS is driven by a heart for service, kindness, laughter, and compassion.
Ester is the mother of 2 beautiful daughters and has made her life’s mission to live and love without limitations. She is the founder of Fuzzy’s Inc where she teaches emotional intelligent strategies, yoga, and meditation to the youth.
With a heart of titanium, Ester believes that the truth of freedom lies behind the ability to change the perception of what limitless looks like.
Victor McRae, Housing Policy Coordinator
Victor McRae is a Georgia Southern University graduate with degrees in Marketing and Management, and a lifelong resident of Georgia. His personal experience with Stargardt’s disease has shaped his perspective, driving a commitment to impactful work. Transitioning from the corporate sector to non-profit, Victor now serves as the Housing Policy Coordinator at SILCGA. His role focuses on advocating for accessible and affordable housing, particularly supporting individuals with disabilities across Georgia.
Matt Shedd, Communications Consultant
Matt Shedd has worked with SILCGA since August 2021, overseeing the production of SILCGA’s Annual Report Magazine and podcast. He also handles updates to the website and social media and email announcements. He runs his own communications company, and he has directed communications for the Peabody Awards and MARR Addiction Treatment Centers, and has worked as a public radio reporter.
